Guaranteed Next Day delivery is only available to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands), if you order before 1:00 pm GMT Monday to Thursday, and costs £8.90 

Free UK Delivery is available on all orders over £100 to the UK mainland only excluding the Highland and takes 2-5 working days.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday. 

Unfortunately, the Next Day delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands.

A signature is required on receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Free Worldwide Delivery is available on orders over $250 

We currently deliver to over 40 Worldwide destinations.

Delivery to USA with an indicative duration of 2-5 working days. 
Delivery to Europe with an indicative duration of 2-7 working days. 
Delivery to the rest of the world with an indicative duration of 3-11 working days.

Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.

However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES

Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay them. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.

If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You can track your order at any time by clicking the tracking number in the dispatch e-mail that is sent to you.

Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier's website where you can find out the status of your order. 

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days.

To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier. 

USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout. 

Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been placed.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact us for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days, and an immediate refund will not be issued. Our parcels are insured by our delivery partners but Rang Jah Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been lost/damaged in transit.

ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION

If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request.

Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Rang Jah will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.

WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Next-day delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly. 

DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK

We deliver to the UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands but currently, we regret we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.

We want your shopping experience at Rang Jah to be exceptional, which is why we have a comprehensive returns policy in place. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Online Orders Returns Period:

We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 14 days, the item(s) cannot be returned. For store collection orders, the return period begins on the day your order is ready for collection.

We have been notified of your return, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all original tags intact.

Please note: No exchanges or returns are allowed for SALE items.

For online orders, returns must be made by post ONLY.

Return resolution:
  • Refund: We are offering free shipping and we cover the first £5 of these delivery services, so in case of a return the £5 covered by us to deliver the product will be deducted from your total refund amount. The rest of the amount will be refunded back to the original payment method of the price of the item(s) returned if returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition, and with all the tags attached. Refund takes up to 14 days after the item is received by our returns team.  If an item(s) was paid using a credit note then it will be refunded back to the credit note.
Damaged Outfits:

Items must be returned unused, in original and saleable condition. It is your responsibility to inspect the item for any damages before wearing or using it. If you decide to use the item because you did not have any other option then unfortunately we will not be able to accept it for a return even if it was faulty. If you notice any damage after wearing the dress, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return. If an item is damaged through misuse or negligence then unfortunately we will not be able to offer a return.

Postage:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  2. You can return your service with any courier or postal service e.g. Post Office, DPD, Hermes, etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance are provided as we aren’t liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.
  3. Please write your order number and return resolution (Refund/Credit Note) on a piece of paper, include it inside the package, and send it to
