for all eligible items.

The 7-day timeframe begins on the day the order is marked as delivered by the courier.

This return period is consistently applied across all pages to meet GMC transparency standards.

2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following:

  • Unused, unworn items
  • Items with original tags and packaging intact
  • Items in their original condition (no stains, smells, or damage)
  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective products

If the product you received is faulty or incorrect, we will prioritize your case and offer a free replacement or refund.

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance and Sale items
  • Customized or altered clothing
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Pre-order items (unless defective)

RangJah US Covers Return Shipping

If your item is:

5. Return Process — Step by Step

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Submit a Return Request

  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or wrong item)

2. Receive Approval & Instructions

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return approval and the return address.

3. Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely and send it using your preferred courier (unless defective/incorrect).

4. Get Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; you must follow the return procedure.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Missing items

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
