At RangJah US, our goal is to ensure a simple, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for all customers across the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship orders within the United States, including:

• All 50 states
• Washington, D.C.
• APO / FPO addresses (delivery times may vary)

We currently do not ship internationally from the U.S. site (RangJah.us).

2. Shipping Costs

We offer transparent and predictable shipping charges:

✔ Free USA Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $150 (USD).

✔ Standard Shipping (Orders below $150)

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 USD applies.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

 3. Processing Time

• All in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST are processed the next business day.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If an item requires additional processing time (e.g., embroidery, stitching, or restocking), this will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, standard delivery times are:

• 3–5 business days for the majority of  U.S. states
• 5–7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

5. Pre-Orders / Back-Order Shipping

Some products may be available for pre-order or back-order.

For these items:

• The estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page.
• You will receive an email confirmation with the estimated dispatch date.
• Your order will not be shipped until the product becomes available.

We never use placeholder dates.
All dates shown reflect accurate availability.

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse stock levels.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.

 7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

• You will receive an email containing your tracking number.
• You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page:
  If you do not receive a tracking email within the expected processing time, please contact us.

8. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

✔ Delayed

Please allow 1–3 extra business days during peak seasons.
Email us if your order exceeds the expected timeframe.

✔ Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Contact the carrier first to confirm delivery.
If unresolved, email us and we will assist immediately.

✔ Damaged

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.

9. Taxes & Duties

• All prices on RangJah.us are shown in US Dollars (USD).
• Sales tax is included where applicable and will be shown at checkout.
• No additional customs duties apply for U.S. deliveries.

This ensures pricing transparency in compliance with Google Merchant Center.
